On November 4, the Provincial Science and Technology Awards Conference was held in Guiyang, where our hospital won three awards in the 2024 Guizhou Provincial Science and Technology Awards. These include one Third Prize in the Provincial Natural Science Award, as well as one First Prize and one Third Prize in the Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award.

This represents an important achievement in our hospital’s implementation of the “Strengthening the Hospital Through Scientific Research” strategy. Relying on the “one hospital, two campuses” layout, the hospital has coordinated research resources and built high-level platforms. By improving talent-development mechanisms and optimizing incentive policies, we have established a high-caliber research team, providing strong support for ongoing innovation.

Our hospital will take this award as an opportunity to further integrate medical services, education, and research; focus on regional disease prevention and cutting-edge medical advances; and produce more high-quality research output to empower the hospital’s high-standard development through scientific research.
